Location

All visitors to the school should report to the main reception and sign in at the Compass Kiosk in the first instance, unless otherwise instructed. Visitors will also be required to sign out via this Kiosk on departure.

9.00 – 11.15am	Morning classes
11.15 – 12.05pm	Lunch
12.05 – 1.35pm	Middle session
1.35 – 2.00pm	Recess
2.00 – 3.00pm	Afternoon session
3.00pm	2.55 -1st Afternoon Bell Afternoon/Bus Lines

Office hours during term

8.35am - 3.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Complaints Resolution

The Catholic Schools Office (CSO) and St Patrick's Primary School are committed to providing a positive, safe environment for all staff and students. There are occasions, however, when members of our school and wider community are concerned about something happening at a school that appears to be unsatisfactory or unreasonable.

The CSO has formal written protocols in place to address complaints and grievances. These protocols are in line with the Diocesan Complaints Resolution Policy, developed to provide a consistent approach for all diocesan schools. This policy aims to address the concerns of parents and carers and the wider community. These concerns may include children’s learning, behaviour and welfare, school organisation and management, student health and safety issues.
