St Patrick’s provides an efficient and effective school canteen to meet the needs of the school community. Open every Wednesday and Friday for lunch, the canteen provides a selection of fresh and healthy food choices at an affordable price. The diverse range of food offered and an efficient service are only possible due to voluntary help from parents, friends and relatives of students. Prices are kept to the bare minimum as the canteen is viewed as a service and does not make a profit, other than to support itself.
The Canteen is open every Wednesday and Friday during the school term.
Lunch orders are collected by a class representative at the start of lunchtime and delivered to the students on the silver seats.
We are open at second half lunch for over the counter sales of snacks, drinks and cold treats.
We do not give credit but students who forget their lunch will be given a sandwich or toast, via our front office.
To order from our school canteen, you must use the QKR. Online orders are open until 8.30am.

During the year, you will be notified of numerous Meal Deal days which will have a special canteen menu for the day. Payment is usual asked for before this date to allow for catering and usually includes a meal, drink and treat.
The Canteen relies on volunteers to help prepare food and serve the students during the day. We can always use help, even if it’s just a few hours every now and again. All volunteers will need a current WWCC (Working With Children Check - see under Volunteers) and must have completed a school induction, which are run several times a year at school. No experience or qualifications are necessary, just a willingness to help. If you can volunteer your time please call the front office.
Reminder - All visitors/parents to the school must sign in at the Kiosk in the front office on arrival and departure.
